Return Policy
Thank you for your purchase from West Wind Mahjong! We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you find your product is defective or are not fully satisfied, please follow the guidelines below to initiate a return.

Full Refund
You may return full-price merchandise within 14 days from the date of receipt for a full refund. All items must be returned in the condition they were received, including the original packaging. Any shrink-wrapped items must be unopened to qualify for a full refund.

If the shrink wrap has been opened, we can still accept the return within the 14-day window, provided that all items are complete; however, a 20% restocking fee will apply. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact anne@westwindmahjong.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed. It is helpful to provide photos of the area of concern or dissatisfaction. This will assist us in understanding the issue better and further resolving it.
